First off, the hotel is in dire need of renovation. The bathroom in my Superior Double Room had plumbing issues. the sink was poorly fixed, and there was a disturbing black stain on the floor. The shower curtain kept sticking to me, making the experience incredibly uncomfortable. Additionally, I struggled with the hold on my credit card for the deposit. it took ages to clear up, and the communication was frustratingly slow.

the hotel was charming in theory, but a black stain in the bathroom floor should've been fixed ages ago. Not to mention, I woudl ve been pleased with a room upgrade for the drama I endured—but alas, just like their service, that never happened. I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room was clean and of normal size, making it comfortable for my stay. It is conveniently located close to the center and the Tribunales subway station, and I appreciated the efforts made by management to maintain the hotel's appearance, such as recent painting in the lobby.

Superb location, with everything needed nearby including restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to the metro. The room was spacious, very clean, with a large closet and a TV that had Netflix. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making my stay delightful.
